Resource Library

Training does not begin and end in the classroom. Owner Services takes special care to make sure all of our associates have the knowledge they need to assist Owners with their vacation plans. Whether you have been here for two months or two decades, there may be topics that could use refreshing. Thankfully, there is a tool available for just such a situation – the Resource Library.

The Global Services Resource Library was rolled out in 2014 and was specially designed for existing associates. The topics are specific and covered in the format of quick videos which allows you to watch and learn in a short amount of time. Associates can access the movies directly through the Wiki page or team leaders and Managers can guide them to topics they would like to revisit.

  • Financial Services
  • Vacation Club Points
  • Call handling tips
…and more.

The movies may have examples of a booking procedure, advice about verbiage on specific calls, or tips for the use of complex systems.

Global Services University wants this Resource Library to be as expansive as possible and provide the topics that will really help our associates shine.
