Marriott's Kauai Beach Club

Marriott's Kauai Beach Club

Marriott's Kauai Beach Club is situated on the lush garden isle of Kauai, directly on Kalapaki Beach allowing for luxurious sunbathing, swimming, and surfing during a relaxing stay in a picturesque setting.

Having been converted from a hotel into an Ownership resort, the villas at Kauai Beach Club are unique in comparison with the villas at our other resorts. One-bedroom/two-bath villas feature a bedroom, a parlor with a kitchenette, two entrances and two baths. They do have the capacity to be locked off separating the parlor from the guest room, but the parlor features a bed that folds down from the wall, leaving more sitting space during the day. Two-bedroom/two-bath villas feature a king bed in the master bedroom and either a king or two double beds in the guest bedroom and also feature a kitchenette with a mini fridge, microwave, dishes, and dishwasher only. The resort does not have fully equipped kitchens in their villas.

Because of this unique configuration, it is important to set our Owners expectations at the time they are placing reservations for this resort so that this does not come as a surprise upon arrival.

Only a mile away from Lihue International Airport, getting to Kauai Beach Club is a breeze. Taxi fare is estimated at $10.00 or you can rent a car since parking is free for Ownership stays.

Marriott's Kauai Lagoons – Kalanipu’u

Marriott's Kauai Lagoons – Kalanipu'u

Located on the same resort grounds, but separated by lush landscape and a golf course, Marriott’s Kauai Lagoons Kalanipu’u provides larger two and three bedroom villas with fully equipped kitchens. The recent sale of the Golf Club and adjacent undeveloped land has not had an impact on Owners’ experience at the resort.

Kauai Lagoons features gorgeous ocean vistas, its own serene swimming pool and limited beach access down a steep club, but Owners can also take a short walk or shuttle trip to Kalapaki Beach by the Beach Club and Hotel to access the beach.

Things to do in Kauai

Dining

Also sharing grounds with Marriott’s Kauai Beach Club is the Kauai Marriott Resort. This is a major advantage since it provides several onsite dining options and a spa: both features not typically onsite at Marriott Vacation Club resorts.

Owners can enjoy a variety of meal options, from Dukes Canoe House’s Barefoot Bar, romantic dining at Café Portofino, Pacific Rim and island inspired fare at Kukui, or even a chic sushi bar at Toro Tei. Few Marriott Vacation Club resorts have so many dining options at hand.

Activities

Our Owners have advised us of their favorite activities to do during their stay at Marriott’s Kauai Beach Club. Here are some favorites:

Na Pali Coast

Located along the west coast of Kauai, the Na Pali Coast is a unique state park featuring steep cliffs, narrow canyons and secluded beaches. Inaccessible by car, its majestic beauty can be enjoyed by way of a scenic helicopter tour, a rigorous overnight hike or a luxurious sailing cruise. Travelers can enjoy dinner at sunset, a fun filled snorkeling excursion or take a smaller vessel to land on a remote beach for an unforgettable adventure.

Waimea Canyon

Beautifully colorful and breathtaking, the attraction often referred to as “The Grand Canyon of the Pacific” cannot be missed during any visit to Kauai. Whether you are simply driving to the top to take panoramic photos, or traversing the 45 miles of trails, the canyon’s beauty can be absorbed by travelers of any age or ability.
