The two newest additions to the Marriott Vacations Club family have arrived! Marriott Vacation Club, New York City and Marriott Vacation Club, South Beach are now available for reservations for Owners through the Marriott Vacation Club Destinations Exchange program or through Interval International exchange. The addition of these two energizing destinations allows Owners expanded vacation choices in the heart of the unique cultures of these two vibrant cities.
A Unique Property
Marriott Vacation Club, New York is a hotel-style property located on 37th street in the heart of the city, between Fifth Avenue and the Avenue of the Americas. In addition to being the largest city in the United States, New York City is currently one of the most popular City Explorer Destinations for our Owners, so getting a new location there is great news for everyone.
Marriott Vacation Club, New York City will host approximately 170 hotel-style rooms with spectacular views of the Empire State Building and the Manhattan skyline with a modern flair. Owners can also enjoy the year-round roof top bar located on the 21st floor with a retractable roof, recognized by Premier Travel Magazine as, “One of the top 10 rooftop bars in the world.”
Just a 5 minute walk from the new location is Times Square, a major intersection in Manhattan and one of the top tourist attractions in the city. Times Square is in many ways the heart of the city, known for shopping, restaurants, and amazing live theater. The endless activity and bright neon signs is also a big part of why New York is often referred to as “the city that never sleeps”. There is far too much to see and do to spend your time sleeping.
Time Square is also famous for being the focus of the theater district, as one of the cross-streets is Broadway itself. There are forty “Broadway” theaters to choose from and a trip to the Big Apple would not be complete without at least one show. From critically acclaimed plays to family friendly musicals there is something for everyone to enjoy, and most are within walking distance from our new location.

Local Attractions
For those that want to spend some time in the open air, you can't beat the world famous Central Park. Designed as an urban oasis in 1857, it is the most visited urban park in the United States and one of the most frequently filmed locations in the world. Taking up 843 acres in the center of the island of Manhattan, it takes a while to see it all so our Owners will want to plan plenty of time and pack their walking shoes. There are several monuments to visit and seven man-made bodies of water if you just want a leisurely stroll, or for younger visitors there is the carousel and the Central Park Zoo. You can easily spend a whole day or more experiencing everything the park has to offer.
New York City is one of the great cities in the world and a top tourist destination and we are excited to have a Marriott Vacation Club location right in the heart of the “Big Apple”.
A Unique Property
Marriott Vacation Club, South Beach is also a hotel-style property located on the north end of historic Ocean Drive. Our Owners will be within walking distance of the best South Beach has to offer. Featuring Built in 1936, the former Edgewater Hotel is one of Ocean Drive's most iconic properties and a great addition to the vacation ownership options available in Miami.
Shopping & Dining
Ocean Drive is the center of the Miami Art Deco district with 900 preserved buildings in the bold colors and geometric shapes typical of the style. The district is a glamorous, modern shopping and dining area that is full of nightlife and points of interest. Our Owners can walk out the door of the property and be in the middle of the action.
Just a few blocks north is Lincoln Road, a pedestrian-friendly shopping and dining center that features street performers and beautiful window displays. Tourists and locals alike go there to window shop and people watch and enjoy the outdoor dining. Collins and Washington Avenues are also an easy stroll and are a great place to find galleries and nightclubs.
South Beach may be famous for its architecture and nightlife, but it also features beautiful white sand beaches. The crystal blue waters can be viewed from the rooftop terrace of the property or while you're walking along the breezy balconies. You can even pick up a beach chair and umbrella and head down to the beach for a closer look. The property welcomes Owners and guests with an enchanting mix of history, attentive service and modern luxury.
