Our Wellness Committee's goal is to provide information and resources to help associates take action for their own healthy lifestyle. Our overall well-being encompasses mind, body, and spirit and each are equally important in maintaining a balanced and healthy lifestyle.
Some of the Health & Wellness benefits and activities offered throughout our Owner Services Offices include:

- Maintain, Don't Gain challenges during holiday season
- Walk This Way Challenge: walk 20 minutes each day
- Healthy Habits: 30-day challenge
- Sack Lunch challenge: bring your own healthy lunch for 1 week
- Center-wide weight loss challenge: 1-ton [successfully lost 2,007 lbs as a Center!]
- Stretching challenge – stretch 20 minutes each day
- Mexico City
- Walking Sessions: 1 hour walks on Thursdays and Fridays
- Stairs Up: Appointments are set Monday and Wednesday to walk the stairs (7 floors) together
- Health Basket: Includes small exercise equipment (dumbbells, stretching leagues, etc.) associates can utilize these items at their desks.
- De-Stress Time: 5-10 minute activities on Friday which remove associates for the stress of work to relax and focus their energy at work.

- Associate Collaboration: Associate collaborate with each other about important health related practices
- Healthy Home Made Lunch: Some associates promote a healthy lunch program, which is potentially being adopted as a center initiative.
