We hope this email finds you and your loved ones happy and healthy. As 2010 draws to a close, we wanted to take a moment and update you on some exciting developments for your Membership with Marriott Vacation Club, Asia Pacific for 2011.

Proposed Macau addition to Marriott Vacation Club Asia Pacific
We are pleased to confirm that MVCI Asia Pacific Pte Ltd has agreed in-principle to the purchase of 18, one and two bedroom condominium units in Macau, China SAR, which it anticipates will be added as a Club Resort Property to the Marriott Vacation Club, Asia Pacific timeshare vacation club.

The location for this new property, which is currently under construction, is the 50-storey, 196-unit luxury residential tower which will be known as The Buckingham, on Taipa, minutes from both the legendary gaming locations on the Macau Peninsula and the exciting new Cotai Strip, and within easy reach of many historical Portuguese sites.

We continue to work with the developer of The Buckingham to progress the proposed purchase as it works to complete the project, which we are advised should occur by mid 2011. Upon successful completion of the project to the mutual satisfaction of the Club and MVCI Asia Pacific Pte Ltd, Club will consider designating the completed units as Club Resort Property.

New Club Connections Locations Added
Six new properties have been added as Club Connections!
Effective immediately , bookings can be made at the following properties with arrival dates from January 1, 2011 and check out dates up until January 1, 2012*:

London Marriott Hotel Regents Park (5,500 Club Points per night)
Courtyard Phuket at Surin Beach (3,000 Club Points per night)
Courtyard Phuket at Patong Beach (3,000 Club Points per night)
JW Marriott Hotel Shenzhen (3,500 Club Points per night)
The Ritz-Carlton, Jakarta (4,500 Club Points per night)
JW Marriott Hotel Jakarta (3,500 Club Points per night)

Also, our partnership with Hotel Grand Chancellor Surfers Paradise (formerly Courtyard by Marriott Surfers Paradise) will continue and reservations will be accepted with check out dates up until January 1, 2012.

Club Connections Reservation Window Extension
In addition to the seven properties above, we are happy to accept reservations with check out dates from now until January 1, 2012 at the following 17 existing Club Connections locations*:

Reservations at the Renaissance Sapporo Hotel are currently being accepted with check out dates up until April 1, 2011.
Please continue to check your email frequently for additional updates concerning reservation windows.
