The new Owner website, accessible by Owners at www.marriottvacationclub.com, has a much more modern and exciting look. Owner Services representatives previously used a system called SuperUser to access information on the Owner website. The new system we use to assist Owners with their website is called Associate Console.
Improvements to the Owner website include mobile compatibility so Owners can easily access the site with a phone or tablet, an enhanced search tool that enables the Owner to easily search for content across the site, updated payment processes, and new educational content that is more relevant and understandable for Owners. The new website is also easier to navigate and has a modern look.
In Associate Console, the Owner View link will get you access to all the usage charts, calendars and calculators that you need. Simply enter the Owner number, email address or phone number to access the Owner account. Select the Owner View link to the right of the Owner information. Then click on the Education & Owner Resources link at the top of the page, and select Helpful Tools from the menu bar on the left.
Here all the tools are available in one convenient location. You will find the Inventory Release Calendar, Resort Calendar, Vacation Club Points Charts, Points Calculator, Holiday Calendar, How to Use Guide and even the Ownership Webinar. Make sure to use these tools when educating the Owner and walk them through the options online. The Owners should feel empowered to access all of their vacation planning tools 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Another helpful section of Associate Console is located under Explore Destinations. Here you will find the applicable usage options available to each Owner. Listed in this section are both Weeks Options and Points Options, based on what the Owner has purchased. The Explorer Collection menu of the Points Options section will be extremely useful when discussing the numerous exciting usage options within the Explorer Collection including cruises, guided tours, hotels and luxury residences, and local activities.
The one area of the Owner website that kept the same look is the Ownership Fees and Dues section. This part of Associate Console should be very familiar to you as it did not change. The rest of the website was changed to share the same current, modern look.
Make sure to log into Associate Console and look over the exciting new Owner website. You will want to familiarize yourself with the many options available on the new site. Educating yourself, and in turn education Owners/Members is just another example of how we create unforgettable experiences that make vacation dreams come true.
