2015 is an exciting year for Singapore! Named one of this year's top destinations by CNN and Lonely Planet, Singapore is celebrating its 50th year as a nation. SG50

Jubilee Walk
Explore the city via a new walking trail that will be launched as part of Singapore's 50th birthday celebration. The path will link historic locations in the civic district and the Marina Bay area, and will feature a new pedestrian bridge spanning from Merlion Park to Marina Promenade.
South East Asian Games
For the first time in 22 years, Singapore will host the 28th SEA games from June 5–16, with sporting events at 28 venues throughout the city. Cheer on your favorite team at a variety of competitions, from football and basketball to diving and tennis. For details, go to SEAGames2015.com.
National Gallery Singapore
Opening in October, the National Gallery will be a visual arts hub within the Civic District. Housed in the refurbished City Hall and the former Supreme Court building, the venue will feature 64,000 square metres of Southeast Asian art from the 1st century to present day.
