Your upcoming stay at Marriott’s BeachPlace Towers is just around the corner! We look forward to welcoming you to the resort.

Please note that during your visit, Fort Lauderdale will be hosting Spring Break for college students throughout the United States. As Marriott’s BeachPlace Towers sits atop many bars and restaurants on Fort Lauderdale Beach, guests may experience heavy crowds, traffic delays, and loud noise during Spring Break.

The resort team, in conjunction with the Fort Lauderdale Police Department, will do our best to minimize the impact on guests. However, the crowds can be lively and there can still be some noise at the resort throughout Spring Break.

To help ensure the best possible experience for all guests, please be aware of the following as you prepare for your vacation:

• All guests staying in your room must be registered with the Front Desk.
• A valid credit card is required for check-in, and a minimum hold of $50 per night will be placed on the card (this may be increased if there are incidental charges). 
• Two-bedroom villas may be occupied by no more than 8 people.
• One-bedroom villas may be occupied by no more than 4 people.
• Guestrooms may be occupied by no more than 4 people.
• The Fort Lauderdale Police Department will help us enforce all resort regulations to ensure a safe and great vacation for everyone.
