Important Notices:

We look forward to welcoming you to Marriott’s Desert Springs Villas. The resort is in the final phase of villa refurbishments to be completed February 1, 2019. All villas are receiving new furnishings, paint, carpet and appliances. Work is done daily from 8am-5pm. We do our best to minimize noise. Please enjoy the seven swimming pools and daily activities offered including fitness classes of clubTHRIVE.

Whether you are joining us for the first time or returning home to your favorite resort, please note the following resort and pool guidelines for the enjoyment and safety of all Owners and guests.

Family members of all ages are welcome at all pools.
Safety flotation devices, only, are permitted.
Coolers, outside alcoholic beverages, glass containers and personal audio systems with external speakers are not permitted at the pools.
Pool chairs left unattended for 30 minutes will be considered vacant. Personal items can be retrieved from lost and found.
Please be courteous to others who are enjoying the pool and facilities. Inappropriate conduct such as: hosting parties, creating noise disturbance, and/or property damage are not permitted; fees may apply for excessive cleaning or property damage.

If you plan to arrive prior to our check-in time of 4 p.m., please pack a day bag with swimwear and/or comfortable clothing. This will allow you to enjoy the resort's recreation facilities and amenities since accommodations are not always available prior to 4 p.m.

Check-out time is by 10 a.m. Although you must be checked out of your room by 10 a.m. you are welcome to continue to use the resort facilities at no charge, and the Front Desk will be happy to store your luggage. There are shower facilities and lockers available if needed after 10 a.m. Guests who do not vacate their room by 10 a.m. are subject to a late check-out fee.

Multiple Reservations:	Please list confirmation numbers of any other reservation that you may have booked and would like to be associated with this reservation. Separate confirmation numbers using spaces.

We will try our best to keep multiple reservations of the same room type in the same unit.
