We would like to inform you that exterior refurbishment activities will be continuing during your upcoming stay as we work to complete the resort's villa refurbishment, exterior painting, and waterproofing project for the Camellia and Azalea buildings. The interior refurbishments are completed, however due to inclement weather the exterior experienced delays. The scope of the remaining activity is anticipated to include exterior painting, waterproofing activity, and light construction activity within the interiors of unoccupied villas. Scaffolding will also be present on the exterior of the Camellia and Azalea buildings; as a result, villa balcony access will unfortunately be restricted until the scaffolding is removed. Refurbishment activity will occur daily beginning at 8:00 a.m. You may notice light construction noise, the presence of contractors, and the staging of construction materials around the resort during your stay.
