Dear Members, As you may be aware, on October 30, 2016, the Neighborhood Association Members will vote regarding the possible conveyance of the Grand Palazzo Club to The Great Bay Condominium Owners Association. If the Members vote to convey the Grand Palazzo Club, as of November 4, 2016, the start of winter season, prepaid breakfast will no longer be provided as part of any suites space available reservation, therefore all Space Available reservations will be confirmed at the Suites per diem rate without the additional fee for breakfast. However, please note that it is anticipated that breakfast may be purchased daily or multi-day breakfast packages may be available at the Grand Palazzo Club. Of course, if the prepaid breakfast program is continued, the Members will be notified and any Space Available reservations will be adjusted.
