As such, we would like to confirm the dates on which you can contact us with your reservation requests by phone or online at My-VacationClub.com during the time and dates listed below: Our team will be available to assist you on: December 18, 2014 for reservations with arrival dates of December 18, 19 & 20, 2015 (Week 51); December 26, 2014 for reservations with arrival dates of December 25, 26 & 27, 2015 (Week 52) (The scheduled calendar release day falls on December 25, 2014, we will be moving the release date to December 26, 2014 to avoid problems with Owner Services office closures on Christmas Day.) Please be advised that our inventory release time for all check-in dates listed above is 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time. For your reference, Week 51 includes check-ins of December 18, 19 & 20, 2015 and Week 52 includes check-ins of December 25, 26 & 27, 2015. As there is limited inventory for these high demand weeks and reservations are made and confirmed on a "First Come, First Served" basis, we recommend that you call us as soon as the inventory is released at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time.
