The maintenance fee bill is based on a full year of usage and applies if you would like to use 21 nights of allocated time in the 2017/2018 Club Calendar Year.
If you desire to only use 7 nights of allocated time in the 2017/2018 Club Calendar Year your payment is based on the table below. This applies if you already had two weeks of winter allocated time cancelled by Member Services and only have 7 nights of summer allocated time remaining to use after May 24, 2018. You will need to fill out and send the attached link Use Waiver Election Form and remit the payment for the type of interest you own to Concord Servicing Corporation.
