First and foremost, on behalf of The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, we extend to you a Happy New Year and our best wishes for 2018.
We take the responsibility of providing you and your fellow Club Members with unparalleled luxurious vacation experiences very seriously. Our team is also committed to finding ways to continually improve the services we offer. To that end, I am pleased to announce that as of January 1st, we have simplified The Hotel Reservation Service.
For 2018, based on Club Member feedback, we have simplified one aspect of our program. Hotel rooms at Ritz-Carlton hotels can now be booked by Club Members at a guaranteed 10% off the regular room rate. This discount will be available at all Ritz-Carlton hotels globally and at all times (except when a hotel is sold out). This change will ensure that Club Members are always afforded the lowest possible rate in recognition of your loyalty to the Ritz-Carlton brand.
In addition, the Hotel Reservation Service continues to provide the following amenities during each stay at one of our hotels: upgrade at check-in based upon availability, breakfast for two daily, a 4 p.m. checkout based upon availability, a welcome amenity and personalized note from the Hotel's General Manager, a special additional hotel amenity (typically a food and beverage or spa credit, but such amenity may vary by hotel), and complimentary basic high-speed wireless internet access. The Ritz-Carlton Destination Club Member Services team has been fully informed of the 2018 Hotel Reservation Service details and they would be delighted to make any upcoming hotel reservations for you.
In 2018, Ritz-Carlton will welcome the following new hotels into its growing portfolio, adding more unique destinations for you to experience under the Hotel Reservation Service: Bacara, our new resort outside of Santa Barbara California, The Ritz-Carlton, Koh Samui in Thailand, The Ritz-Carltons' in Rabat and Tamuda Bay, both in Morocco, and The Ritz-Carlton in Mumbai, India.
Certain terms and conditions do apply to the Hotel Reservation Service, including a limit of two rooms per night per eligible person that may be booked at this special rate during any given stay. Click here for terms and conditions.
Over the next few weeks, for the first time, Club Members will be receiving a personalized recognition card and booklet that fully explains the 2018 Hotel Reservation Service to you.
