Marriott® Vacation Club International, on behalf of your timeshare owners association, has a very important message for you regarding your maintenance fee account.
Despite previous attempts to contact you, your maintenance fees account are currently outstanding. If you do not bring back your maintenance fee account into good standing immediately, we shall have no option but to terminate your Holiday Ownership Interest in accordance with the General Terms of your Holiday Ownership Purchase Agreement. As a result of this action, no refund would be due to you and your Marriott Rewards® account will remain locked.
In the event of your Holiday Ownership Interest being revoked, no reinstatement would be possible. Furthermore, in the revocation process, any Holiday Ownership reservations you may have in place will be cancelled.
Please bring your account back into good standing. I sincerely hope you are able to avail of this final opportunity to clear your account and prevent the revocation of your Holiday Ownership Interest.
