Marriott's Monarch is located within Sea Pines Plantation, which requires a daily pass for visitors to enter. This charge is instituted by Community Services Associates (CSA)1 and not Marriott's Monarch. To receive a pass for the duration of your stay and to avoid paying the daily charge at the entrance into Sea Pines Plantation, visit the Sea Pines Welcome Center between 7 a.m. – 11 p.m. on the day of your arrival.2 |

2 The Sea Pines Welcome Center is located at 32 Greenwood Drive, Hilton Head Island, SC 29928. You can pick up passes at the drive-through window located in the rear of the building during the hours referenced above. If you arrive outside of those hours, you will need to purchase a pass for each vehicle at the entrance gate of Sea Pines Plantation. As of January 1, 2019, the charge for a pass is $8 per day, per vehicle.
