It is our pleasure to welcome you to Marriott's Grande Vista resort. Whether you are traveling for business or pleasure, we know you have a variety of resorts to choose from, and we are honored you have selected Marriott's Grande Vista.
Due to the popularity of our resort, there is never a good time to schedule resort enhancements. However, we hope you understand the need to complete projects to keep the resort looking and operating great.
Starting February 26th through March 28th between the hours of 9 a.m. and 6 p.m., we will be upgrading our Wi-Fi systems to provide an improved internet experience for our Owners and guests. A contractor, escorted by a Marriott's Grande Vista associate, will be entering villas to install the wireless access points and test the signal strength. The work in each villa should be completed within 20 minutes. This project will require access to every villa during this span of time. We ask that you limit use of your "Do Not Disturb" sign during this time and that you notify our team if you have special needs or concerns with respect to this project. This enhancement will not impact your current Wi-Fi services.
