Thank you for choosing 47 Park Street^℠ – Grand Residences by Marriott for your upcoming stay in London. Before you arrive, I wanted to give you an update regarding various improvements planned at the property over the coming months that will disrupt normal services.

To ensure comfort and efficiency for all of our guests, we will be replacing the property's entire air conditioning system over the next two years. The Culross Street side of the building will have its system replaced in the first quarter of 2019, while the Upper Brook Street side will be updated in the first quarter of 2020. Additionally, we will be replacing some of the windows at the property, creating more storage to serve Members' needs and replacing our services lift. These planned works will take place between mid-January 2019 and the end of March 2019.

Early in the year, these upgrades will result in daily noise and disruption as well as some restricted access, and we will need to take some residences out of use to accommodate these improvements. Please be assured that we will strive to keep any inconveniences to a minimum.
