We wanted to let you know about certain modifications that may impact your Club Membership as at 1 November 2017!

While Club Resorts, the Club Proprietor, may unilaterally amend the Club Governing Documents as it may deem appropriate in its sole discretion, you, in such a case, may object in writing to the changes within 30 (thirty) days. If you do not object in writing within 30 (thirty) days, you will be deemed to have agreed to the changes. If you do object in writing to the changes within 30 (thirty) days, and such changes materially and adversely impact your Club Membership, Club Resorts may, at its option, elect not to make the changes to which you objected or attempt to resolve your objections by consensus in good faith.
