Greetings from Member Services! We are writing to you to let you know that we recently completed translating our website into Japanese. You may have read an article in our newsletter, the Insider, last year announcing that we had begun this project. We are now very excited that is has been completed.

When you visit our website, you'll see a Japanese flag in the top right of each page. If you click on that flag, the site will switch to Japanese. If you click it a second time, it will switch back to English. If Japanese characters do not display correctly please kindly refer to the instructions below to change the character encoding in your browser.

Google Chrome:
  1. Select Menu Icon Chrome Menu Icon.
  2. Click Show advanced settings.
  3. Under "Web content" click Customize fonts.
  4. Under "Encoding" menu select [Unicode(UTF-8)] and click Done.
Firefox:
  1. Select View.
  2. Select Character Encoding.
  3. Click on [Unicode(UTF-8)].
Internet Explorer:
  1. Right Click on the mouse.
  2. Select Encoding.
  3. Click on [Unicode(UTF-8)].
Safari:
  1. Select View.
  2. Select Text Encoding.
  3. Click on [Unicode(UTF-8)].
